How to apply

Apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible, to accentuate the shape of the eye and intensify the look, or blend it into the eyelid using the sponge-tip. For a khol effect, apply to the waterline. For a defined look, apply over eye shadow and for a smokey effect, under eye shadow.
